By using The Armchair Office, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not to impress lawyers.
What this service is
The Armchair Office helps you manage Sleeper dynasty leagues. Everything free works with your Sleeper username only - All Leagues, per-league views, Game Day (The Slate, Lineup Sweep, Makers & Breakers, Injury Report, Waivers), Projected Finish, player values, scoring rules, and the portfolio and trade tools (Assets, trade calculator, Trade Finder, history). There is an optional account: signing in is never required for anything listed above; it saves your Sleeper username so it follows you across devices, and it will be how paid tiers are unlocked once they are offered. Accounts are handled by Clerk, our authentication provider - we never receive or store your password. Not affiliated with Sleeper, FantasyCalc, DynastyProcess, KeepTradeCut, or any other data provider.
What you agree to
- You'll use the service for personal fantasy football management - not to scrape data at scale, run automated bots, or attempt to overload the system.
- You won't try to reverse-engineer, break, or exploit the service.
- You understand that any value, ranking, or trade analysis shown is informational and not a guarantee. Fantasy outcomes are your responsibility.
- You're at least 13 years old.
What we can do
- We can change these terms at any time. We'll update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.
- We can change, add, or remove features.
- We can suspend or restrict access if someone is abusing the service.
- We can shut down the service entirely. We'd hate to, but no one's promising forever.
What we don't promise
The service is provided "as is." That means:
- No guarantee of accuracy. Player values, rankings, odds, projections and trade recommendations come from our own model (stats, ADP and real Sleeper trades, with public market data for reference) and from Sleeper's own projections. They are estimates, not truth.
- No guarantee of uptime. The service may go down, lose data, or behave unexpectedly. We try to keep it running, but no one is on-call 24/7.
- No guarantee of fitness for any specific purpose. If you make a bad trade because of something we showed you, that's on you.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service - including but not limited to lost fantasy championships, bad trades, missed waivers, hurt feelings, or being roasted in your league group chat. Whether you use it free or on a paid tier, the risk is yours.
AI features
Some paid features (Ask TACO and Trash Talk) use Anthropic's Claude models. AI output can be wrong, and Trash Talk is written for fun - it roasts rosters, not people. Don't rely on AI output for anything that matters more than your fantasy team.
Third-party data
This service reads public data from Sleeper and pulls public values from a range of public fantasy data sources. Historical draft and season data comes from nflverse, used under CC-BY 4.0. Those services have their own terms and their own data ownership. We don't claim their data as ours; we just synthesize what they publicly publish so you can see it in one place.
Free vs paid
The feature set that works with your Sleeper username alone (listed above) is free and stays free. Paid tiers are additive by design - not a paywall around league browsing or around any tool that is free today.
Paid tiers (Pro and Hall of Fame) are not on sale, and nobody is being charged. Before anyone is, we will publish pricing and update these terms. Payments will be processed by Stripe; we will never see or store your card number. Moving a tool that is free today behind a paid tier is not something we will do.
Advertising
The service displays third-party advertising (Google AdSense) to keep the free tier free. Ads are served by Google, not by us, and Google's use of cookies and data is described in our Privacy policy. We don't endorse advertised products and aren't responsible for advertiser content.
