Every dynasty tool answers part of the problem. The Armchair Office exists for the portfolio problem: multiple Sleeper leagues, different formats, one place to see where you stand, where you're exposed, and what to trade.
Most fantasy tools assume you play one league. Maybe two. The deeper you get into dynasty, the more obvious it becomes that the tools weren't built for the way the format actually plays. You end up with a dozen browser tabs, three spreadsheets, two ranking sites, and a notes app full of trade ideas you can't keep straight.
The Armchair Office is the tool that should have existed already. It treats your full dynasty footprint as the unit of analysis - not one roster, not one league, but the whole portfolio you actually manage. It pulls every Sleeper scoring rule your commissioners turned on, prices your roster from our own first-party engine - real crawled trades, not somebody else's rankings - for your format, and gets out of the way.
Who builds it
The Armchair Office is built and maintained independently. No venture capital. No team of forty. No quarterly roadmap dictated by investors who don't play the game. Just a small, modern stack - Cloudflare Pages, Workers, D1, R2 - operated by people who actually run dynasty leagues and use the product they're shipping.
This has tradeoffs. Features land when they land, not on a marketing schedule. Bug fixes are honest and immediate. The product is shaped by what real dynasty players ask for, not what would look good in a pitch deck.
What it costs
Everything below is free with your Sleeper username - all your leagues on one board, with a "Fix these now" list of injured, bye-week and empty starters across every league; Game Day (The Slate with live scores and win odds, Lineup Sweep, Makers & Breakers, Injury Report, Waivers); Projected Finish with playoff, bye and title odds; rankings and values in the player drawer; a full scoring breakdown per league (every Sleeper rule: bonuses, returns, big plays, IDP); Rookie Odds on the Drafts page; and the portfolio layer: cross-league Assets, Trade Calculator, Trade Finder and Trade History. No signup and no password needed - signing in is optional and only keeps your username across devices. That is not a trial, it is the free tier.
The site shows ads to keep that free, and the free tier is not going away - paid tiers will add tools beside it, not put a wall around what you already use.
Two paid tiers are being built, and neither is on sale yet. Pro adds the War Room - every manager you play against on one board, a dossier on any Sleeper user, and a scouting report on any league - plus deeper trade tools. Hall of Fame adds the features that cost us money every time they run: Ask TACO (questions about your leagues in plain English), a database of real trades from other Sleeper leagues, commissioner tools, and an AI roast of your team.
Nobody is being charged. Pricing will be announced before a single card is charged, and the free tier above stays exactly as it is when that happens.
How to contribute
The fastest way to make this tool better is to use it and tell us what's broken or missing. The product gets sharper every time a real dynasty player points out something that's wrong or something they wish existed.
